You are the link between colleagues, systems, and external IT partners. Not a purely technical role, but a coordinating and service-oriented position where overview, accuracy, and forward thinking come together. What will you do?

As IT Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily operation and ongoing development of our IT support. You combine operational support with coordination, security awareness, and an eye for innovation:

· Identifying opportunities for automation and AI within the department and company-wide.

· Testing, evaluating, and implementing new AI tools and low-code solutions in existing workflows.

· Maintaining and improving IT documentation, procedures, and backup and recovery processes.

· Managing devices such as laptops and phones and coordinating updates and maintenance.

· Setting up and managing special devices for travel to high-risk countries.

· Managing software licenses and SaaS subscriptions, including insight into usage, costs, and added value.

· Supporting onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.

· Supporting information security and compliance, including ISO 27001, access structures, and security awareness.

· Point of contact for IT questions from colleagues and resolving issues around accounts, access, and software.

· Coordination with our external IT partner for complex issues and structural solutions.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an IT generalist with overview and a sense of responsibility, who makes technology understandable and enjoys supporting colleagues. You are curious about new technology, service-oriented, accurate, and pragmatic. You like working together, but can also take responsibility independently. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

· Higher professional education level (HBO equivalent), preferably in IT or computer science.

· At least 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or IT coordinating role.

· Broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with SaaS applications and license management.

· Strong communication skills: you can clearly explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues.

· Independent, proactive, and structured.

· Affinity with AI tools and interest in low-code and/or automation is a clear advantage.

· Experience with information security and compliance (such as ISO 27001).

· Good command of the Dutch language.

· Available at least part-time, full-time negotiable.
