History

Proximities raised a Series A venture capital round in October 2004 to address the problems caused by long lines, crowds, congestion and other sources of inefficiency and frustration at leisure & entertainment venues. Proximities provides a suite of innovative RFID business solutions that enhance the entertainment experience while improving the bottom-line, making the employee’s job easier, and providing a simpler, more convenient experience for the customer. Among the entertainment venues where Proximities’ GO™ solutions dramatically improves bottom-line results and customer satisfaction are waterparks, amusement parks, bars & nightclubs, concert venues, sports stadiums and arenas, cruise ships, and ski resorts.



Proximities assets have been acquired by Bartronics America, Inc. (BAI), on December 31, 2007, to leverage its RFID products and customer base! BAI will continue to build upon Proximities significant technology (patents, hardware, and software) as well as its branding and business relationships. See press release.
